Refund & Return Policy – At Ascot Beds, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return an item, and we have put the following Refund & Returns Policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

You may return any unused item within seven business days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding delivery charges (if applicable). The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that you must contact us within seven business days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
We do not accept returns or refunds of used items. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange the item once. If you require a refund, we reserve the right to charge a 15% handling charge. Special orders are subject to a 50% handling charge. Please note that no linen products, mattress protectors, or pillows will be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons.
If you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. The item will be assessed by the manufacturer/supplier or internally, and the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions will be followed. No refunds, repairs, or exchanges will be authorised if the care instructions have not been followed, the item is not defective, or it has no quality defects.
Refunds will be issued once Ascot Beds receive the returned items. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
